It is comprised of faculty physicians with the UI Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, provides a depth and breadth of services unmatched in Iowa.
Created in 2006, UI Physicians provides care in every medical specialty at UI Health Care, in specialty outreach clinics with community and provider partners across the state, and in off-site specialty and primary care clinics, primarily in Johnson County and eastern Iowa.
